This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the origin and destination addresses for your move, your move date, and any details you share about the job. We also collect basic technical information (such as the page you submitted a form from) to help us respond and improve our service.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Prepare and deliver your moving estimate;
  • Contact you by phone, text, or email about your quote, booking, and move;
  • Schedule, coordinate, and complete your move;
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • Keep records required to run our business and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you provide your phone number through our website quote form or otherwise ask us to contact you, you agree that we may call and send text messages to that number about your move — including your estimate, appointment reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is never shared with anyone for marketing.

How we share information

We are a locally owned mover, not a lead broker — we do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and customer-management software and our telephone/SMS provider), and only as needed to provide our services to you. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
