These terms govern your use of the Monkey Movers website and your request for moving services from Monkey Movers LLC. By using our site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

Requesting a quote

When you submit a quote request, you give us the information needed to prepare an estimate and contact you about your move. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide; final pricing may change if the actual scope of the move differs from what was described. No move is booked until we confirm it with you.

Communications & text messaging

By providing your phone number and submitting a quote request — or otherwise asking us to contact you — you agree that Monkey Movers may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) at that number regarding your quote, booking, and move. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Our handling of this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your move, to have the right to move the items involved, and to disclose any items that require special handling or that we are unable to transport. Prohibited, hazardous, perishable, or illegal items may not be included in a move.

Pricing & payment

Charges are based on the services performed and the rates communicated to you. Any deposit, balance, and payment terms will be provided with your estimate or booking confirmation. You are responsible for charges incurred for services rendered.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any deposit terms, will be provided with your booking.

Liability

Monkey Movers LLC is a licensed and insured moving company. Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable law and the terms of your specific moving agreement. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content on this site is owned by Monkey Movers LLC or its licensors.

Changes to these terms
