Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Monkey Movers website and your request for moving services from Monkey Movers LLC. By using our site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

Requesting a quote

When you submit a quote request, you give us the information needed to prepare an estimate and contact you about your move. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide; final pricing may change if the actual scope of the move differs from what was described. No move is booked until we confirm it with you.

Monkey Movers SMS Program

Opting in to text messages is optional, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

  1. By opting in, you will receive text messages from Monkey Movers about your moving quote, appointment reminders and scheduling, crew arrival updates, and follow-up about your move.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@monkeymoversmoving.com or (414) 369-2754.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your move, to have the right to move the items involved, and to disclose any items that require special handling or that we are unable to transport. Prohibited, hazardous, perishable, or illegal items may not be included in a move.

Pricing & payment

Charges are based on the services performed and the rates communicated to you. Any deposit, balance, and payment terms will be provided with your estimate or booking confirmation. You are responsible for charges incurred for services rendered.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any deposit terms, will be provided with your booking.

Liability

Monkey Movers LLC is a licensed and insured moving company. Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable law and the terms of your specific moving agreement. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content on this site is owned by Monkey Movers LLC or its licensors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
